The Plum Magic Crape Myrtle (Lagerstroemia indica ‘Plum Magic’) is a vibrant and compact variety, perfect for adding striking color to smaller garden spaces. With a mature size of 12–14 feet in height and width, this crape myrtle produces stunning fuchsia-pink blooms throughout the summer. Its foliage is equally captivating, with plum-purple new growth transitioning to lush green as the season progresses. The foliage emerges plum-purple in color and eventually matures to rich dark green, setting off the bright flowers. Plum Magic blooms earlier than other Crape Myrtle and is a heavy rebloomer if deadheaded.
