Taylor Juniper (Juniperus virginiana ‘Taylor’) is a tall, slender, and columnar Juniper that offers a statuesque vertical height 20 to 30 feet tall. Since it only gets 3 to 5 feet wide when it’s mature, it doesn’t use up much yard space. It is also a fast-growing evergreen Juniper, with 3 to 5 feet of growth a year and rich blue-green foliage. Taylor Junipers like full sun, so plan your planting where sunlight reaches all sides of the tree if possible. Most drought resistant of any conifer native to the United States. This plant is a far superior choice to Italian Cypress. All our Taylor Junipers are female cultivars, meaning no pollen.
